hope everyone's week went fabulously...Currently, I'm listening to Regina Spektor who was featured last night on Saturday Night Live. She did a fabulous job which is probably why I've felt like listening to her fror the past couple hours.

Whoah, it's already October. Ha, I seem to say that all the time. I guess things have been going well on my end. I've been busy, my room is a mess, and I haven't charged my Zune in about three days so it's still on my desk not breathing.
This outfit is kind of my "intro to fall" ensemble. I'm so excited about wearing layers and whatnot. Yayyy:]]

George Segal- A New Favorite

I was reading the TGIF section of yesterday's paper, and the main article was about George Segal. I had heard of him before, but I never really looked into his art.
Segal (1924-200) constructed sculptures from plaster and put them into various scenes that he found suitable. Each statue seemed melancholic, representing the emotional and trying times of the Great Depression. The lifeless, sad forms were his signature.
